The RPHA 91 Carbon is HJC’s new modular touring helmet, designed for all-day comfort. The new Premium Integrated Matrix EVO Carbon (PIM EVO) shell improves impact resistance and is lightweight thanks to the use of reinforcement materials such as carbon-aramid, carbon fiber, fiberglass, organic non-woven fabric, and flax fiber.

The new distortion-free HJ-37 visor and HJ-V17 sunshield provide the rider with clear, expansive peripheral vision. The chin bar locking system features a hidden locking point, ensuring a smooth contact and less pressure on the cheeks. The 3D-engineered quiet interior significantly reduces road noise, while the neck wrap system helps further minimize it. The EPS design is also suitable for users who wear glasses, and the RPHA 91 is compatible with HJC’s second-generation Bluetooth Smart systems.

PIM EVO shell:

Material combining carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, fiberglass, organic non-woven fabric and natural flax fiber, improving impact performance for a more comfortable and lightweight helmet.

New sun protection mechanism:

Integrated parasol with windproof coating, which deploys quickly and easily via an operating system located at the bottom, allowing adjustments to 3 different positions.

Visor lock:

The new visor locking system is easier to open and safer thanks to the push-and-release mechanism.

Chin guard features:

Allows the chin guard to be locked in the open position for added safety. The chin curtain retracts when the helmet is open, reducing wind resistance. The new chin guard design makes the helmet more compact and reduces wind noise.

Second Generation Smart HJC:

The second-generation SMART HJC premium Bluetooth communication system models feature an all-in-one, fully integrated helmet design for optimal weight balance and aerodynamic performance while riding. The SMART HJC 50B and 21B can be installed on the RPHA 71, RPHA 91, RPHA 31, or i71. Developed in collaboration with SENA and designed specifically for HJC helmets. *All SMART HJC devices are sold separately.
