The HJC RPHA 91 Carbon is a new modular touring helmet designed to offer all-day comfort and superior performance. Featuring the advanced Premium Integrated Matrix EVO Carbon (PIM EVO) shell, it offers improved impact resistance without compromising its lightweight construction. The shell is constructed from a combination of carbon-aramid, carbon fiber, fiberglass, organic non-woven fabric, and natural flax fiber for enhanced durability.

Equipped with the distortion-free HJ-37 visor and HJ-V17 sunshield, the RPHA 91 offers a wide, clear view with enhanced peripheral vision. The redesigned chin bar lock system features a hidden locking point, ensuring a smooth contact and reducing pressure on the cheek area. To minimize road noise, the helmet includes a 3D-engineered quiet interior and a neck protection system, creating a quieter riding experience. Additionally, the EPS design adapts to goggles for added comfort. The RPHA 91 is also compatible with HJC’s second-generation Bluetooth Smart systems, keeping riders connected while on the move.

PIM EVO shell:

New shell material including carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, fiberglass, organic non-woven fabric and natural flax fiber to provide improved impact resistance performance for a more comfortable and lightweight helmet.

New sunshade mechanism:

Integrated sun visor: The smoked sun visor with windproof coating extends quickly and easily via a new drive system located at the bottom. The new mechanism allows for depth adjustment to 3 different positions based on body shape and preference for an optimal fit.

Visor lock:

The new visor lock is easier to open and safer thanks to the push and release system.

P&J Chin Guard Features:

The chin bar can be locked when you want to ride with it open for safer riding. The chin curtain retracts when the helmet is in the open position for easier entry and reduced wind resistance. Additionally, the lower lock system automatically hides in the open position to reduce wind noise and drag. The new two-way pivoting chin bar allows the helmet to be more compact (lower than before) when open, reducing wind noise and drag.

Smart HJC 2nd Generation:

Models with the second-generation SMART HJC premium Bluetooth communication system feature an all-in-one design, fully integrated into the helmet, allowing you to feel the optimal weight balance and aerodynamic performance while riding. The SMART HJC 50B and 21B models can be installed on the RPHA 71, RPHA 91, RPHA 31, or i71 helmets. Developed in collaboration with SENA and designed specifically for HJC helmets. All SMART HJC devices are sold separately.
