The RPHA 31 offers increased impact resistance and maximum protection thanks to its Premium Integrated Matrix (PIM) Evo shell and multi-density EPS. Designed to offer a quieter and more aerodynamic riding experience through extensive wind tunnel testing, the RPHA 31, equipped with a sun visor, reduces noise and air turbulence. It is also compatible with the second generation of HJC SMART Bluetooth communication systems, allowing riders to stay connected and focused on the road.

New shell material including carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, fiberglass, organic non-woven fabric and natural flax fiber, for superior impact resistance and a lighter, more comfortable helmet.

New Parasol Mechanism

Integrated sun visor: The smoked, anti-fog sun visor extends quickly and easily thanks to the new control system located on the lower part. The new mechanism allows for depth adjustment to 3 different positions based on the helmet’s shape and personal preference, for an optimal fit.

Perfect Fit and Visor Deflector

The RPHA 31 features an extended shell and EPS chin liner, offering a flush fit over the face compared to traditional open-face helmets. It also includes a new removable visor deflector and visor mount that reduces noise, blocks incoming air, and keeps the visor securely in place. Tested in both the lab and real-world conditions, HJC is one of the few helmet manufacturers with a state-of-the-art laboratory for aerodynamics, ventilation, noise, and more.

SMART HJC 2nd Generation

The second generation SMART HJC Bluetooth communication systems feature an all-in-one design that is fully integrated into the helmet, offering optimal weight balance and aerodynamic performance while riding. The SMART HJC 50B and 21B models can be installed on the RPHA 71, RPHA 91, RPHA 31, or i71. Developed in collaboration with SENA and designed specifically for HJC helmets. All SMART HJC devices are sold separately.
